Consulting and selling services
Michelle Harris Property Marketing was initially formed to provide high quality specialist consulting and selling services to the Brisbane property development industry. Michelle Harris set up the specialist agency in 1997 after having experience in inner city developments.
Michelle Harris Property Marketing takes projects from concept through to completion, working with developers and architects on the plans, the finishes, pricing, marketing and the final presentation of the product to the public.
MHPM specialises in inner-city residential developments and prides itself on the quality of services provided to purchasers and developers. Staff are trained to the highest standards and provide quality feedback to assist with the marketing of the individual projects.

Residential Sales - Off-the-Plan
Michelle Harris Property Marketing has been involved with many of the residential developments in the Brisbane CBD and the inner city suburbs such as New Farm, Teneriffe, Newstead, Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane.
Two of the more recent properties sold were the exclusive multi-million dollar "Maison on the Park" in Alice Street in the CBD, being developed by Ariadne Australia, and the boutique "Calibre" in Helen Street, Newstead, from the very popular developer Liverland Pty Ltd. MHPM is currently involved in the marketing of Brisbane's only riverside CBD residential property, "Skyline Apartments", being developed by The Seymour Group.
Residential Sales - Resales
Over the years, as a result of many property owners requesting the services of Michelle Harris Property Marketing, the Resales department has grown immensely. Selling the original properties off-the-plan enables us to understand the finer details and intricacies of each property. Often we can also supply the original marketing material such as brochures and floorplans to assist in marketing.
Michelle Harris Property Marketing is the Admiralty Precinct specialist. Having originally sold Admiralty Towers, Admiralty Towers II and Admiralty Quays off-the-plan, we are perfectly positioned to provide accurate knowledge of these properties and are consistently achieving record high prices. This experience together with discreet professional service will be a great advantage when marketing your property.
Residential Property Management
Michelle Harris Property Marketing opened their Property Management services in 2003 in response to owners needing a letting service where no "on-site manager" was available. Now MHPM is able to provide clients with the combined services of buying, managing and finally reselling their property - a "one-stop shop". Maintaining a high level "boutique" service allows owners peace of mind and enables them to maximise their investment.
