Michelle Harris - Principal
A former teacher, Michelle commenced her career in Real Estate in ACT in 1980. On moving to Brisbane in 1989 she joined the fledgling L.J. Hooker Project Marketing division in Toowong and gained numerous state and national awards including No.1 salesperson for three consecutive years. Michelle left L.J. Hooker in 1997 to set up her own agency, Michelle Harris Property Marketing and has had 15 years experience in the selling and marketing of projects both high-rise residential towers and walk-up units. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University and a Diploma of Education from the University of Queensland.
Adrian Harris - Director
Adrian joined Michelle Harris Property Marketing in 1997 bringing with him several years experience in the Financial and Management sectors. A fully licensed real estate agent, Adrian's people skills and understanding of purchasers' requirements allow him to provide informative feedback to developers with regards the design and pricing of property. Adrian has sold several inner city developments off the plan and re-sales within those projects. He also heads up our Property Management department to continue building relationships with those who have purchased property through our firm. Adrian has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
Jill Cameron - Director of Sales
Jill commenced her real estate career in Brisbane in 1993. She has specialised in sales and marketing in the inner suburbs and city area since that time. In 1998 she joined Michelle Harris Property Marketing as a consultant.
Jill believes in providing quality and personal service to clients. Individual marketing strategies are worked through for each property resulting in positive outcomes.
Jill Cameron has been involved with selling the Admiralty Precinct longer than any other agent. Having sold the properties off the plan, Jill is intimately aware of these properties and all they have to offer. As a result, Jill has continually obtained record prices for Admiralty Precinct properties.
Daniel O'Neill - Project Manager
Daniel joined Michelle Harris Property Marketing as Project Manager of Skyline Apartments, a 47 storey iconic residential development located riverside in Brisbane's CBD and developed by The Seymour Group.
Daniel brought with him over eighteen years of experience in the Real Estate industry, including several years in an executive role within the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. As an REIQ Advisor he acquired considerable expertise in Real Estate and Contract Law. As a Principal of his own Agency in the Wynnum-Manly area and later in Coorparoo he has had substantial "hands on" experience in the practice and administration of Real Estate.
Daniel was then involved in the Marketing, Advertising and Selling of several premium riverfront development projects within the Brisbane residential market.
Daniel enjoys working with people and is passionate about good property - a winning combination.
Lorne Zillfleisch - Project Manager
Lorne has been selling and marketing real estate for 14 years. Lorne's experience has been both in Queensland and Victoria. Lorne Zillfleisch Real Estate Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1995. A highlight of her career was being awarded "Marketing Executive of the Year" for Queensland in 1991 when she worked for the Professionals Ashgrove. Lorne believes that her success is attributed to her ability to liaise and empathise with both vendor and purchaser. Lorne jointly marketed the prestigious Admiralty Quays in 1995 for L J Hooker Project Marketing and is delighted to have the opportunity to sell the dramatic new high-rise SKYLINE APARTMENTS in the CBD Riverside Precinct for Michelle Harris Property Marketing.
Roy Kershaw - Project Manager
Roy has been selling and marketing real estate for more than 25 years. Roy commenced his real estate career in the USA before moving to Australia. His extensive experience has been in general real estate as well as working with builders selling off the plan both housing and land. For the past 15 years he has resided in the Brisbane/Gold Coast area having also worked in New South Wales and Victoria.
